Psalms Paper Co. ("we," "us") operates psalmspaper.com, the BibleChess app, and the Homeschool Records app. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. In short: we collect as little as possible, we show no ads, and we never sell your information.

Homeschool Records app accounts

The Homeschool Records app uses family accounts so each family's records stay private to that family:

• Account details — your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never store your password itself). Used only to sign you in.
• Your family's school records — students, attendance, grades, courses, transcripts, and diplomas you enter. This data is stored privately under your account and is never shared with other families or third parties.
• Subscription status — whether your $1/month subscription is active. Billing is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store your card number.
• Children's information — student names and school records are entered by the parent account holder and used only to provide the app's record-keeping features. We do not collect information directly from children, and we never use student data for advertising.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated family data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

Information we collect

• Email address — only if you give it to us, for example when you sign up for a free download (such as the BibleChess Puzzle Pack) or contact us. We use it to deliver what you asked for and to send occasional updates about new courses. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Payment information — when you buy a course or membership, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number; Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.
• Course progress — lesson completion and game progress may be stored on your own device (in your browser) so the site remembers where you left off.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs standard technical information such as IP addresses and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.

What we do NOT do

• We show no ads — to anyone, free or paid.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
• We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Children

Our courses are designed for families and homeschool use, and parents are welcome to use them with their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's involvement — our email signup is intended for parents and adult learners. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message.
• Clear your browser storage to remove locally saved progress.
• Contact us at the address below to ask what data we hold about you or to request deletion.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
